JD Mathieu was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. After spending his early years there, he moved to Florida, where he attended Broward College and earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. Shortly after, he joined the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, gaining invaluable experience serving service members and their families.
JD lives by the motto "Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome," which has shaped his approach to problem-solving—both in life and in business. His commitment to finding solutions ensures that every client receives personalized mortgage guidance tailored to their financial goals.
After working in the real estate industry, JD transitioned into mortgage lending to deepen his expertise and better serve homebuyers. As a veteran himself, he is passionate about helping fellow service members and first-time buyers achieve the dream of homeownership.
